

Senior Head Coach: Francis Beck
As part of outgoing Senior Coach Roy Kilner’s final tenure, Francis flew under the wing of Roy for the 2017 season who together achieved great success in the clubs first season in State League 4.
Along with his many years of Junior coaching commitments, Francis has been a valuable member of the Baxter Community for 9 years, commencing his 10th year at the club in 2018.
With a vast playing history in his native Canberra and here in Melbourne, Francis’ knowledge and passion for the game will hold him in good stead for his latest challenge.
A very highly respected member of our club who we would like to congratulate and wish all the best in 2018 and beyond, and we are excited to see where Francis can lead this Club to in the years to come!

Director of Coaching: Billy McLeod
Further to our Senior Coaching appointment and with the expected growth of the club in 2018, the club are proud to announce that club man Billy McLeod will take the reigns as the clubs Director of Coaching, working with all coaches at the club to ensure the best results for Baxter as humanly possible across the board in 2018.
Billy steps away from his Reserves coaching position in 2017 which brought the club great success in its first year in State 4 with his men finishing a very notable 2nd place. His passion and knowledge for the game is unquestioned and his history in the game speaks for itself.
Billy is also a valuable and highly respected member of our club and has been for the past 3 years, commencing his 4th year as an Eagle in 2018.
The club would like to congratulate Billy and wish him all the best for Season 2018 and beyond.
